My first serious camera was an Asahi Pentax Spotmatic way back in 1970, and I learned very quickly that good photographic equipment is only a part of what makes a good photograph. Good camera technique and the experience to go with it is vital! With the advent of digital photography I now use professional quality Canon digital cameras and lenses, with the option to utilise film should the customer require.  I have been taking wedding photographs for many years, and so have a wealth of experience to bring to your special day.

My railway photographs (both preserved and modern railways) have been published in the monthly Platform 5 publication Today's Railways.  I am particularly keen on aviation photography, and have recently expanded into supplying individual portraits of private aircraft.  A new gallery will highlight some of my favourite images - look out for "Aircraft Portraits" soon.
